COMPLETE has expanded its list of achievements with a new specialization from Cisco

COMPLETE was awarded the Cisco Advanced Security specialization in October 2010. Obtaining this specialization indicates that the company can offer advanced information security solutions, and confirms the high level of professionalism among its staff.

According to Andrei Kovyazin, Team Leader for Network Solutions at COMPLETE, the award means that all the company’s clients will benefit from the continued improvement of service quality at COMPLETE, as well as an expansion in the scope of these services. The new specialization is further confirmation that COMPLETE is capable of offering the highest level of information security services, and demonstrates a desire to achieve the best results across all areas of the company.

The Cisco Advanced Security specialization program covers the entire range of Cisco’s security products including:

Cisco Security Agent (CSA) – attack prevention, personal firewall protection against malicious code, integrity control, blocking information leaks via USB-ports and other peripheral devices, limited opportunities for instant messengers, the detection of interceptors from the keyboard, etc.

Cisco Security Monitoring, Analysis and Response (MARS) – management of security threats. Possible sources of information can include: network equipment (routers and switches), protection tools (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems and security scanners), logs, operating systems and applications, and network traffic.

Network Admission Control (NAC) – prevention of access to corporate resources or operator network devices that do not meet security policies. In case of detection of such inconsistencies, the access node is either blocked or redirected to a quarantine network where the missing software can be installed.

Cisco IOS IPS – prevents attacks integrated into the operating system or router, detects malicious activity in traffic passing through the perimeter of a remote branch office, small or home office.

Cisco NAC Appliance – automatic detection, isolation and treatment of assets that are infected, vulnerable or that do not comply with security policy nodes, with wired or wireless access to corporate resources.

IronPort E-mail Security Appliance (ESA) – control and protection of email makes it possible not only to protect corporate email spam and malicious code (viruses, worms, phishing, etc.), but also to ensure its integrity, confidentiality, marking and protection against substitution errors.

Content Security and Control Security Services Module (CSC-SSM) – malware protection and content control, including features such as antivirus, antispam, spyware protection mechanisms, suspicious file blocking, filtering, URL blocking, etc.
